Terms and Conditions of Sale

The sale of all artwork is accompanied by an Artwork Bill of Sale and Certificate of Authenticity.

The Seller sells the described artwork to the Buyer for the amount shown on the Artwork Bill of Sale and certifies that this is an original artwork created solely by the Seller.

Buyer understands there is no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to the artwork or the framing and matting, if any. The Buyer further understands that this sale is final and no refunds or exchanges are provided. The Buyer understands that all copyright and reproduction rights are reserved by the artist. Any agreed upon modifications to these Terms and Conditions of Sale must be noted in written form on the Artwork Bill of Sale and must be initialed by both parties.
